While we strive to ship all orders within 1 business day sometimes this is not possible due to back orders. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. If for some reason your order can not be shipped within 14 days your order will be automatically cancelled and you will be informed via email.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Bestindoortanninglotion.com is a tanning lotion wholesaler. Therefore we cannot accept returns. We will however correct any shipping mistakes that are our fault.
A restocking fee (25% of product(s) purchase price) will be incurred for any packages returned to lotiontown.com for NON-DELIVERY, or CANCELLED ORDERS. THIS INCLUDES REFUSED PACKAGES. This will be deducted from the amount refunded, along with the cost of the shipping and handling charges associated with your order. If you would like your package resent, we will gladly do so, but will charge you the cost of re-shipping.
